 As of 7/22/08
Recovering from/still working on rush to post & sell many items by 7/22, now have large backlog. For the next two days (through Thursday):
  • Asking for shipping cost? I can't start calculating/sending any shipping cost requests submitted 7/22 or later until Friday, 7/25 , I'm just too backed up sending them for previous orders! and there are already many more, so it will likely be later than Friday that I can get it to you. Note this means if you wait for the shipping cost there is a chance that what you want will sell in the meantime! Consider paying for just the costume price now if you are sure you want the costume (see note below).It's fine to send the ship cost requests, it will get you in the queue, but I can't start on them until then.
  • Questions about "preview" costumes (these have thumbnail photos and are labeled "preveiw")? I won't answer until full detail pages with sizes are posted. HOWEVER feel free to let me know you are interested and/or if you have an "emergency" (via email); if I know many people are waiting for specific item, will do best to prioritize working on posting.
  • Questions about "any costumes in stock but not on website"? If you have an "emergency", email me date needed, what you are looking for (style, price range, size). If I can, I'll help. In general I don't have very much right now that isn't already on the website (some things will definitely be trickling in soon & over next few weeks). It's very inefficient to try and describe things; you'll ultimately want a photo, these items won't be measured so I won't know if they "will work for you." I greatly appreciate it if you can wait for things to appear with all of this info on the site. Again, you can send me email about what you are looking for (style, price range, size) and I'll do my best to prioritize what I work on according to requests.
You can still order & hold a costume by paying the costume price only, I send you ship cost later, you pay in 2nd transaction ("reserve ordering" explained in "How To Order", links in grey bar to left). Continental US, via Fed Ex Ground, max 6 day transit, around $15-$17 (probably less) for points farthest from Florida (closer=faster, cheaper). All purchases returnable under normal policies.

POSSIBLE EXTENDED PROCESSING TIME: starting 7/9/08, processing time for all orders (time it takes me to get your order to the shipper) is extended up to a maximum of 10 business days (normally 1 to 7 biz days, temporarily 1 to 10 biz days). It will not absolutely take the full 10 days, but depending on responses to postings, rest of my life, it might! This supercedes any mention elsewhere of the normal 7 day maximum; all other policies are the same.

 Sold/sold out items are (were) one-of-a-kind and are GONE. PERIOD. They can NOT be ordered, there are NO MORE. PLEASE save both of us time and don't ask!
The costumes on this page and the sold costumes below are primarily from single runs of custom troupe orders, one-of-a-kind groups; once they're gone, they are gone. THESE COSTUMES CAN NOT BE ORDERED. Will there be more? Extras of troupe orders are always made, many of which are sold through this site. It's possible the stray piece will show up, but it's impossible to know when/how many. It's also possible that a popular costume style will be (closely but likely not exactly) repeated in multiples for off-the-rack sales, but it can't be said when. I don't have the resources to watch for and alert people when "something they like" comes in, I'm sorry; I get 100's of requests like that! TROUPE ORDERS - (5 or more) It's impossible to have costumes EXACTLY duplicated. However, as with any troupe order, you can place an order based on a particular style.
