Made in Egypt. Super cute and sexy, with seashore theme inspired by the location of Alexandria on the edge of the Mediterranean: "net" skirt ruffle, large hand sewn bead and sequin appliques of starfish, shells, fish. The fact that they are shells and fish etc. doesn't hit you over the head, they read as colored shapes and your audience may or may not realize (though people who know where the dance is from will). In other words, don't worry that you'll look "fishy!"
Stretch fuschia fabric with silver holographic metallic overlay (tiny dots). Very full soft mesh bottom ruffle edged with clear iridescent fuschia paillettes. Shapes are appliques, hand beaded. Note that the fish tail that comes up above the bra needs a little stiffening or pinning to strap; it's a little too soft to stay up by itself. Small red, blue, silver crystals (probably acrylic) sprinkled generously over bra area, bra straps, down back and around appliques around hem of skirt.
Sewn in costume bra cups. Note that there are no back bra straps; for support you may want to add some, and/or add elastic to top back of dress. Neck/shoulder straps are long enough to attach to back to make shoulder straps, although you could easily use as halter (no hooks are included). Back zipper.
Melayas have center section of mesh that runs lengthwise. Meleya edges trimmed with looping seed or square cut bugle bead and paillette trim, paillettes scattered over one side. Selection of trim colors as follows, and please see photo below. Please indicate color desired with your order.

Accessories: Ysmac (face mask), full size melaya (54" X 100"), one sleeve. NOTE: one dress does NOT have the sleeve. Sorry, these are discounted as far as they can go, think of it as a bonus if you get the one with the sleeve :)
Sizing: (dresses are very close in size)
Age/Condition: New. Last dress does not come with the sleeve.
Because of the reduced price on these dresses, they will not go through my normal thread trimming, bead sewing/tightening process that all of my costumes do. There is nothing exceptionally wrong with these in the least. But they have thread ends and some loose beads.
As noted in description, the neck/shoulder straps are likely intended to be sewn in as shoulder straps, so there are no hooks on them.
One fuscia-trimmed meleya is missing a couple of inches of trim in 2 places (if you purchase you'll be sent approximately matching beads and paillettes for repair)
